As our academic year closes, it is the perfect time to recognize all of you who helped transform the lives of students last year.
With your help the Foundation invested more than $1.6 million in scholarships for 433 students, and nearly $1.5 million in programs and support for Norwalk Community College.
Read on for highlights from the past year:

  • Expanding our coaching program to provide more student scholars with the guidance they need to find academic success and plan their future goals and careers
  • New corporate mentorship programs with companies like Bridgewater Associates and Neuberger Berman
  • Approved technology upgrade to the Film & Television studio to create a state-of-the-art media program for NCC students
  • COVID-19 Emergency relief, including laptops and groceries, for students in need
Donors this year made it possible for NCC students to make it through an unprecedented spring semester. 104 Foundation scholars graduated from NCC in June with an average GPA of 3.39.
We foresee continuing challenges over the next year, as our nation, our College and our students all navigate the enormous upheaval and uncertainty tied to the pandemic. Your support for the Foundation makes all the difference as we work to provide an accessible and affordable education for all students in Fairfield County.
