Login in to my.ctstate.edu, under “Student Self-Service” tab click “Access Your Student Profile”, and look for “Academic
Transcript”. Use Ctrl+P to Save as PDF and submit. You can also visit www.norwalk.edu/it for assistance with logging
on or navigating.
